  @tobifjellner Hello Tobi, and thank you for the clear guidance! My apologies for creating multiple posts and for missing the specific process for the #es_ES team — I am still learning the ropes of the Polyglots workflow.
  
  To be completely upfront, exactly as you advised: I do not speak these languages natively. As a small team, we generated the initial stringsString A string is a translatable part of the software. A translation consists of a multitude of localized strings. and tried our best to cross-reference them with the coreCore Core is the set of software required to run WordPress. The Core Development Team builds WordPress. WooCommerce terminology. I requested PTEProject Translation Editor A Project Translation Editor (often referred to as PTE) is a person, who has access to validate strings on a specific project (for example BuddyPress, WooCommerce or Twenty Fourteen) for one specific locale. A project translation editor can approve strings that are added by translation contributors. Per project translation, editors are appointed by a general translation editor after a request by the project author or by the contributors themselves. mainly because I was worried these strings would just sit in the waiting queue forever with no one to check them.
  
  However, I fully understand and respect your rules. I am officially withdrawing my PTE requests for the localesLocale Locale = language version, often a combination of a language code and a region code, for instance es_MX denotes Spanish as it’s used in Mexico. A list of all locales supported by WordPress in https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/ I do not speak natively. If the respective translation teams ever have a spare moment to review the pending strings, I would be incredibly grateful. If they prefer to reject them outright due to quality, I completely understand that too.
