PTE Request for Rank Math SEO

As a translator who meets the Polyglots General Expectations, I would
like to request PTEProject Translation Editor A Project TranslationĀ Editor (often referred to as PTE) is a person, who has access to validate strings on a specificĀ projectĀ (for example BuddyPress, WooCommerce or Twenty Fourteen) for oneĀ specific locale. AĀ project translation editor can approve strings that are added by translation contributors. Per project translation, editors are appointed by a general translation editorĀ after a request by the projectĀ author or by the contributors themselves. status for Rank Math SEO Forms for the Arabic localeLocale Locale = language version, often a combination of a language code and a region code, for instance es_MX denotes Spanish as it’s used in Mexico. Notes:
While completing the remaining Arabic translation of the Rank Math SEO pluginPlugin A plugin is a piece of software containing a group of functions that can be added to a WordPress website. They can extend functionality or add new features to your WordPress websites. WordPress plugins are written in the PHP programming language and integrate seamlessly with WordPress. These can be free in the WordPress.org Plugin Directory https://wordpress.org/plugins/ or can be cost-based plugin from a third-party., I noticed a number of issues in the existing translated stringsString A string is a translatable part of the software. A translation consists of a multitude of localized strings.. I wanted to bring them to your attention so they can be corrected and the overall quality of the Arabic translation can be improved.

I have already corrected them in my local copy. Below is a categorized list of the issues:

-Spelling mistakes (around 38 occurrences): Most of them involve using hamzat al-qat’ where hamzat al-wasl should be used, such as «؄ستخدام», «؄ستيراد», «؄ختيار», and «؄ستبدال». The correct forms are: Ų§Ų³ŲŖŲ®ŲÆŲ§Ł…, استيراد, اختيار, and Ų§Ų³ŲŖŲØŲÆŲ§Ł„. There are also obvious typos such as Ā«ŲŖŲ¶ŁŠŁ…Ł†Ā» (ŲŖŲ¶Ł…ŁŠŁ†), «توجية» (ŲŖŁˆŲ¬ŁŠŁ‡), and «؄رؓيفات» (أرؓيفات)

  • Translating the brand name (around 30 occurrences): The translation uses ā€œŲ±Ų§Ł†Łƒ Ł…Ų§Ų«ā€ and ā€œŲ±Ų§Ł†Łƒ Ł…Ų§Ų« ŲØŲ±Łˆā€. However, according to the WordPress glossary, brand names should remain in Latin script, and the same translation file already uses Rank Math in Latin script in most places. The correct approach is to standardize them as Rank Math and Rank Math PRO
  • Overly literal machine translation: The phrase ā€œRank Math’s SEO Scoreā€ was translated as ā€œŲŖŲµŁ†ŁŠŁ Ų§Ł„Ų±ŁŠŲ§Ų¶ŁŠŲ§ŲŖ SEO Ų§Ł„Ł†ŲŖŁŠŲ¬Ų©ā€, which is a word-for-word translation of the brand name (Rank = ŲŖŲµŁ†ŁŠŁ, Math = Ų§Ł„Ų±ŁŠŲ§Ų¶ŁŠŲ§ŲŖ). The correct translation is: ā€œŲÆŲ±Ų¬Ų© Ų§Ł„Ų³ŁŠŁˆ من Rank Mathā€.

Unsuitable literal translation: The term Breadcrumb was translated as ā€œŁŲŖŲ§ŲŖ Ų§Ł„Ų®ŲØŲ²ā€ in five places. A more appropriate translation is ā€œŁ…Ų³Ų§Ų± Ų§Ł„ŲŖŁ†Ł‚Ł„ā€, which is also the term used elsewhere in the same translation file

I will pay close attention to these issues while completing the remaining translation and will do my best to improve

Thank you
