I noticed that the stringsString A string is a translatable part of the software. A translation consists of a multitude of localized strings. in your pluginPlugin A plugin is a piece of software containing a group of functions that can be added to a WordPress website. They can extend functionality or add new features to your WordPress websites. WordPress plugins are written in the PHP programming language and integrate seamlessly with WordPress. These can be free in the WordPress.org Plugin Directory https://wordpress.org/plugins/ or can be cost-based plugin from a third-party. aren’t using English.
The vast majority of people that use WordPress in English use en_US rather than en_GB.
But en_US in WordPress means that all strings will be used directly from the plugin, without any translation.
In other words, if you want your plugin to be available in English, then you should use en_US in your plugin and readme.

English is also the only shared “source” language the Polyglots teamPolyglots Team Polyglots Team is a group of multilingual translators who work on translating plugins, themes, documentation, and front-facing marketing copy. https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/ is able to translate “from”. In other words, various localesLocale Locale = language version, often a combination of a language code and a region code, for instance es_MX denotes Spanish as it’s used in Mexico. A list of all locales supported by WordPress in https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/’ teams may not be able to translate, nor validate translations from other languages.

  I have now updated the plugin so that all source stringsString A string is a translatable part of the software. A translation consists of a multitude of localized strings. are in English (en_US), and I have created and published the new stable tag (6.1.3).
  
  On translate.wordpress.orgtranslate.wordpress.org The platform for contributing to the translation of WordPress core, themes and plugins., I can see that the strings have been rescanned and are now listed under “Stable (latest release)”, but they are currently all in “Waiting” status.
  
  Could you please confirm if everything looks correct on your side, and whether the project is now properly set up?
