PTE Request for PufferGo (zh_CN)

Hello! I am the developer of PufferGo, an AI-powered website builder focused on creating high-performance, Google SEO-friendly websites.

To provide a better localized experience for our Chinese-speaking users, I have manually translated the stable readme (all 59 stringsString A string is a translatable part of the software.
