Translating Learn WordPress course into Polish

Before WordCamp Europe 2026 in Poland, a local organization team would need to have the course for beginners translated into local language, to use it for educational event: https://learn.wordpress.org/course/beginner-wordpress-user/

I’m the global translation editorTranslation Editor Translation editors can approve translations for projects. The GTE (General Translation Editor) and LM (Locale Manager) roles can add new users with the "Project Translation Editor" role that can approve translations for specific projects. There are two different Translation Editor roles: General Translation Editor and Project Translation Editor for that localeLocale Locale = language version, often a combination of a language code and a region code, for instance es_MX denotes Spanish as it’s used in Mexico. Do I need to have additional permissions on the Learn site? Who can grant it? Anything else needed to start translating the course, lessons?
