What does it involve?
Here’s what a facilitator usually does:

  • Co-ordinate with the meeting agenda post (The Team Reps will post the agenda for you)
  • Guide the discussion and keep it on track
  • Share updates from teams or ongoing initiatives
  • Encourage participation and questions from attendees
  • Summarize action items or key takeaways (if any)

Don’t worry; you’ll have plenty of support. We’ll happily to walk you through your first time.

Why help facilitate?

  • It’s a fun and simple way to give back
  • Helps you stay informed and connected
  • Builds visibility and leadership within the community
  • Strengthens our global teamwork and collaboration
