 3. Hi [@beatk](https://profiles.wordpress.org/beatk/)
      1. When @ mentioning someone
here, you need to use the profile slug (from the profile URLURL A specific web
address of a website or web page on the Internet, such as a website’s URL www.
wordpress.org) and not the “nice name”. 2. When requesting PTEProject Translation
Editor A Project Translation Editor (often referred to as PTE) is a person, who
has access to validate strings on a specific project (for example BuddyPress,
WooCommerce or Twenty Fourteen) for one specific locale. A project translation

translation, editors are appointed by a [general translation editor](https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/glossary/#general-translation-editor)

you should use the “WP LocaleLocale Locale = language version, often a combination
of a language code and a region code, for instance es_MX denotes Spanish as it’s

     column in [https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/](https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/)
for reference. For instance, there is no de_CH locale defined in WordPress (for
now). I expanded your request to include those German and French locales we’ve
got. 3. You can’t use the same translation for all variants and locales of a language.
For instance, the default variant of [#de_DE](https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/?locale=de_DE)
uses “du”, whereas the default variant of [#de_CH](https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/?locale=de_CH)
is “Sie”. In addition, the latter uses slightly different spelling conventions.
     4. I removed your requests for English. Whatever stringsString A string is a translatable
