These can be free in the WordPress.org Plugin Directory https://wordpress.org/plugins/ or can be cost-based plugin from a third-party for 3 localesLocale Locale = language version, often a combination of a language code and a region code, for instance es_MX denotes Spanish as it’s used in Mexico. A list of all locales supported by WordPress in https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/ (2 already translated) and would like to have them reviewed.

I’d also like to become a PTEProject Translation Editor A Project Translation Editor (often referred to as PTE) is a person, who has access to validate strings on a specific project (for example BuddyPress, WooCommerce or Twenty Fourteen) for one specific locale. A project translation editor can approve strings that are added by translation contributors. Per project translation, editors are appointed by a general translation editor after a request by the project author or by the contributors themselves. for Swedish, Dutch, Italian, German and French. I also confirm that I’ve read the style guide and/or glossary for the Swedish, Dutch, Italian, German and French locales.

And that is actually a problem. The thing is that PTEProject Translation Editor A Project Translation Editor (often referred to as PTE) is a person, who has access to validate strings on a specific project (for example BuddyPress, WooCommerce or Twenty Fourteen) for one specific locale. A project translation editor can approve strings that are added by translation contributors. Per project translation, editors are appointed by a general translation editor after a request by the project author or by the contributors themselves. is an INDIVIDUAL contributor role, where the contributor needs to personally know the target language (and in some cases they’re expected to also expected to communicate directly with the translation team for the target language. In your list, the #fr_FR and #it_IT team on their respective sites provide instructions for how the translator can join them, get translation feedback and, eventually, get appointed as PTE.

So: What languages do you personally speak? Can you ask your translation team members to also register their accounts via https://login.wordpress.org/register

Translations were not good enough, and have been reviewed and improved. Not translated by a native Dutch speaking translator, not following glossary.
So nothing to be done here e.g. no PTEProject Translation Editor A Project Translation Editor (often referred to as PTE) is a person, who has access to validate strings on a specific project (for example BuddyPress, WooCommerce or Twenty Fourteen) for one specific locale. A project translation editor can approve strings that are added by translation contributors. Per project translation, editors are appointed by a general translation editor after a request by the project author or by the contributors themselves. access will be given.

Please note that this project has only 7 stringsString A string is a translatable part of the software. A translation consists of a multitude of localized strings. in the interface branch and they are not sufficient to make an evaluation and a training to become a PTE.

If you have some others projects to translate in Italian we could evaluate the PTE mentoring, in this case please invite the person on your team who is a native Italian speaker to join us in the Italian Polyglots SlackSlack Slack is a Collaborative Group Chat Platform https://slack.com/. - log on to the WP Italy Community workspace: https://it.wordpress.org/slack/,

In any case I’ve made some “Changes requested” (CR) just to help you and your italian translator understanding what’s is not working. I’ve not reviewed all the translations so there can be other things to fix (some same errors, some different errors, …).
