You can help translate WordPress to your language by logging in to the translation platform with your WordPress.orgWordPress.org The community site where WordPress code is created and shared by the users. This is where you can download the source code for WordPress core, plugins and themes as well as the central location for community conversations and organization. https://wordpress.org/ account and suggesting translations (more details).

Want to help in managing and validating translations? Get in touch with the existing language team and follow the glossaries & style guides if the team has them.

I’ve suggested translations for the Arabic localeLocale Locale = language version, often a combination of a language code and a region code, for instance es_MX denotes Spanish as it’s used in Mexico. A list of all locales supported by WordPress in https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/ and would like to have them reviewed. I’d also like to become a PTEProject Translation Editor A Project Translation Editor (often referred to as PTE) is a person, who has access to validate strings on a specific project (for example BuddyPress, WooCommerce or Twenty Fourteen) for one specific locale. A project translation editor can approve strings that are added by translation contributors. Per project translation, editors are appointed by a general translation editor after a request by the project author or by the contributors themselves.. I also confirm that I’ve read the style guide and/or glossary for the Arabic locale.

I just removed your duplicate post from two hours ago. Since the tag #ar was used in that post when it was published (I put it there for you), the Arabic GTEs (listed in https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/?locale=ar ) will have received a notification about your post. (And now they’ll get another notification about this comment from me.)

All WordPress translations are based on volunteer contributions. Depending on each person’s situation, they sometimes have very limited time available for their contributions. This means that localeLocale Locale = language version, often a combination of a language code and a region code, for instance es_MX denotes Spanish as it’s used in Mexico. A list of all locales supported by WordPress in https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/ teams often may need a bit more time to check and respond on requests.

In the meantime, may I suggest that you join the global SlackSlack Slack is a Collaborative Group Chat Platform https://slack.com/. The WordPress community has its own Slack Channel at https://make.wordpress.org/chat/. team for WordPress contributors via https://make.wordpress.org/chat/ ? That way, you enable quicker and more direct communication, if they need to reach out to you. Since you’re asking for access to translation of WordPress coreCore Core is the set of software required to run WordPress. The Core Development Team builds WordPress., they’d probably value that.

Just to keep you in the loopLoop The Loop is PHP code used by WordPress to display posts. Using The Loop, WordPress processes each post to be displayed on the current page, and formats it according to how it matches specified criteria within The Loop tags. Any HTML or PHP code in the Loop will be processed on each post. https://codex.wordpress.org/The_Loop., I’ve reviewed about 200 threads from your suggested translation, and it looks good! I’ll finish the review this weekend. I left a few comments on some threads—could you please take a look at them? Hi @abojmei
A quick suggestion. If haven’t done it yet, it would be good if you could go to your settings for our Translate platform, at https://translate.wordpress.org/settings/ and make sure that you have ticked off the option I want to receive notifications of discussions.
This way, if someone leaves a comment on a stringString A string is a translatable part of the software. A translation consists of a multitude of localized strings. you’ve suggested, you’ll get an email about it.
