I am the pluginPlugin A plugin is a piece of software containing a group of functions that can be added to a WordPress website. They can extend functionality or add new features to your WordPress websites. WordPress plugins are written in the PHP programming language and integrate seamlessly with WordPress. These can be free in the WordPress.org Plugin Directory https://wordpress.org/plugins/ or can be cost-based plugin from a third-party author for Simplybook. We have a number of great translation editorsTranslation Editor Translation editors can approve translations for projects. The GTE (General Translation Editor) and LM (Locale Manager) roles can add new users with the "Project Translation Editor" role that can approve translations for specific projects. There are two different Translation Editor roles: General Translation Editor and Project Translation Editor that we’d like to be able to approve translation for our plugin(s). I personally download and publish their translations. Some of them have been waiting for approval for several weeks.

A project translation editor can approve strings that are added by translation contributors. Per project translation, editors are appointed by a general translation editor after a request by the project author or by the contributors themselves. role is an individual role for someone who knows the target language well. I strongly doubt that you personally know all these languages.
How do you plan to obtain these translations?
If you’re going to use professional, duly instructed translators, then you might read about the CL-PTE role https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/about/roles-and-capabilities/#cross-locale-project-translation-editor )
If these translations will be made by various individual contributors, then each one of them could become PTE when their respective localeLocale Locale = language version, often a combination of a language code and a region code, for instance es_MX denotes Spanish as it’s used in Mexico. A list of all locales supported by WordPress in https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/ team has had a chance to judge their translation quality.
If, on the other hand, you’re planning to submit unchecked machine translations, then I strongly ask you to refrain. You’ll just create a lot of unnecessary work for the language teams, which they’ll in most cases not accept to do for you.

Also, you just listed some language codes. But for several of these languages there are several localesLocale Locale = language version, often a combination of a language code and a region code, for instance es_MX denotes Spanish as it’s used in Mexico. A list of all locales supported by WordPress in https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/, see https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/ I just expanded your language codes to their “main” locales.

But, until we get more clarity on what you’re planning to do, I’m going to remove the to-do status of this post.

The translations received in Spanish are of poor quality. Half of them have changes requested.

The German language has 2 branches: The formal form of address (Sie) and the informal (default) form of address (du).

You should all follow these steps (either YOU, the Dev, or the Translator):

    I’m not sure I understand your comment about capital letters. A translation editorTranslation Editor Translation editors can approve translations for projects. The GTE (General Translation Editor) and LM (Locale Manager) roles can add new users with the "Project Translation Editor" role that can approve translations for specific projects. There are two different Translation Editor roles:
    General Translation Editor and Project Translation Editor can override most warnings from the translation platform. But for languages that don’t use capital letters you shouldn’t get any warnings about them.
