Our translators
We work with a network of (WordPress) translators. We also work with lawyers from the respective countries to achieve high-quality translations for the plugin that are adapted to the country-specific details. The translations are adapted to WordPress translation standards in cooperation with our in-house lawyer.

We are always open to volunteers, who often contact us via our website or email. We review submitted translations not only for community style guides, but also for general legal correctness.

If you’re solely working with contributors who already translate on translate.wordpress.orgtranslate.wordpress.org The platform for contributing to the translation of WordPress core, themes and plugins., then a much better approach would be to nominate each and every individual as PTEProject Translation Editor A Project Translation Editor (often referred to as PTE) is a person, who has access to validate strings on a specific project (for example BuddyPress, WooCommerce or Twenty Fourteen) for one specific locale. A project translation editor can approve strings that are added by translation contributors. Per project translation, editors are appointed by a general translation editor after a request by the project author or by the contributors themselves. for their respective language. (For instance, a CLPTE cannot approve pending stringsString A string is a translatable part of the software. A translation consists of a multitude of localized strings. from other contributors, but a PTE can.)
