we have inserted the translations for our module but in 7 days nothing happened. Is there anyone that can help us?

Before publishing your request, I looked up what translation contributions I could find via your profile and added the corresponding localeLocale Locale = language version, often a combination of a language code and a region code, for instance es_MX denotes Spanish as it’s used in Mexico. A list of all locales supported by WordPress in https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/ tags (to notify the relevant teams) and also a link to the pluginPlugin A plugin is a piece of software containing a group of functions that can be added to a WordPress website. They can extend functionality or add new features to your WordPress websites. WordPress plugins are written in the PHP programming language and integrate seamlessly with WordPress. These can be free in the WordPress.org Plugin Directory https://wordpress.org/plugins/ or can be cost-based plugin from a third-party you’re asking about.

  But being one of the global mentors here, I can probably give you some suggestions about how to move forward as soon as possible.
  The translations need to be checked and approved by a translation editorTranslation Editor Translation editors can approve translations for projects. The GTE (General Translation Editor) and LM (Locale Manager) roles can add new users with the "Project Translation Editor" role that can approve translations for specific projects. There are two different Translation Editor roles:
  General Translation Editor and Project Translation Editor (PTEProject Translation Editor A Project Translation Editor (often referred to as PTE) is a person, who has access to validate strings on a specific project (for example BuddyPress, WooCommerce or Twenty Fourteen) for one specific locale. A project translation editor can approve strings that are added by translation contributors. Per project translation, editors are appointed by a general translation editor after a request by the project author or by the contributors themselves.). It’s important to keep in mind that PTE is a personal role. The PTE needs to know the target language well, and many language teams request that the PTE should join their chat to enable mentoring and feedback.
  So: Do you personally speak Italian? If not, then you could ask the person who provided this translation to register their own account here https://login.wordpress.org/register and next join the #it_IT SlackSlack Slack is a Collaborative Group Chat Platform https://slack.com/. The WordPress community has its own Slack Channel at https://make.wordpress.org/chat/..
  Joining this local Slack workspace is a two-step process:
  1. First, join the GLOBAL Slack for WordPress contributors via https://make.wordpress.org/chat/ (and here you’re welcome to the international “polyglots” channel).
  
  2. Next, use your special forwarding email you received in step (1) in order to join the local Slack instance via https://italia-wp-community.slack.com/signup
  
  In a similar way, you (or whoever is the translator) is very welcome to join the German Slack in the same way, via https://dewp.slack.com/signup

scusami passo all’italiano perchè forse non ho compreso tutto. Noi avremmo bisogno solo di validare la lingua tedesca al momento.

  @tobifjellner, I reply in Italian to mbeelink who had asked why I answered for the Italian language (I also saw that you already removed the tag).
  I explained that we deduced languages from his translation activities because it was a missed tag information. That there is no problem and that if in the future they will need to complete the Italian translation they already know how to do 🙂
