 8. We’ve reviewed your readme texts and a lot of them need more work from your translators.
     Mainly due to our style guidelines and some glossary terms.

 19. Here – on the [Requests](https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/?resolved=unresolved)
     page – we are exclusively concerned with the release of the [role PTE](https://de.wordpress.org/mitwirken/benutzerrollen-fuer-die-deutschsprachige-uebersetzung/).
     The German Polyglot team is reviewing the proposed translations via SlackSlack
     Slack is a Collaborative Group Chat Platform [https://slack.com/](https://slack.com/).
     The WordPress community has its own Slack Channel at [https://make.wordpress.org/chat/](https://make.wordpress.org/chat/),
     channel [#polyglots](https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/tag/polyglots/).
 20. You should all follow these steps (either YOU, the Dev, or the Translator):
 21. * Get yourselves (you AND/OR the translator – both would be best for perfect
        communication) on the German Slack Community, channel [#polyglots](https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/tag/polyglots/)

        [German tutorial how to join our Slack channel.](https://de.wordpress.org/slack/)
      * Read the [German Style Guide](https://de.wordpress.org/mitwirken/style-guide-fuer-uebersetzungen/);
      * Read the [German Glossary](https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp/dev/de/default/glossary);
      * Use our Slack, [#polyglots](https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/tag/polyglots/)
        channel to get answers for questions that may arise – if you’re not sure, ask
        first;
      * Ask the team (**not individuals**) in our Slack [#polyglots](https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/tag/polyglots/)
        for assistance.
