# (Post Title) PTE Request for CAMPATION POSTOFFICE

I’ve suggested translations for this pluginPlugin A plugin is a piece of software
containing a group of functions that can be added to a WordPress website. They can
extend functionality or add new features to your WordPress websites. WordPress plugins
are written in the PHP programming language and integrate seamlessly with WordPress.
These can be free in the WordPress.org Plugin Directory [https://wordpress.org/plugins/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/)
or can be cost-based plugin from a third-party. and would like to have them reviewed.
I’d also like to become a PTEProject Translation Editor A Project Translation Editor(
often referred to as PTE) is a person, who has access to validate strings on a specific
project (for example BuddyPress, WooCommerce or Twenty Fourteen) for one specific
locale. A project translation editor can approve strings that are added by translation
contributors. Per project translation, editors are appointed by a [general translation editor](https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/glossary/#general-translation-editor)
after a [request by the project author](https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/rosetta/theme-plugin-directories/#requesting-new-translation-editors)
or by the contributors themselves..

plugins/campation-postoffice/dev-readme/de/d[…]/?filters%5Btranslated%5D=yes&filters%

 3. Hallo [@campation](https://profiles.wordpress.org/campation/) – bitte die default-
Übersetzung (informal) immer in der ‘du’-Ansprache übersetzen. Bevor es hier weitergeht,
das bitte korrigieren. Du kannst deine eigenen StringsString A string is a translatable

      * Hallo [@Presskopp](https://profiles.wordpress.org/presskopp/) – “was Du heute
kannst besorgen, dass verschiebe nicht auf morgen!” – erledigt!
         Wenn nun die
de_DE-Trunk-Version auf de_DE-Stable kopiert werden könnte und auch auf de_DE_formal-
Stable, wäre das erstklassig! Vielen Dank!

      * Hallo [@Presskopp](https://profiles.wordpress.org/presskopp/) wir haben gestern
alle Übersetzungen, auch die spanische, komplett fertig gemacht – ich hatte
Sie dazu in SlackSlack Slack is a Collaborative Group Chat Platform [https://slack.com/](https://slack.com/).
The WordPress community has its own Slack Channel at [https://make.wordpress.org/chat/](https://make.wordpress.org/chat/)

      * Wäre toll, wenn die Übersetzungen bald freigegeben würden!

 9. WordPress translations are handled by each respective localeLocale Locale = language
version, often a combination of a language code and a region code, for instance
es_MX denotes Spanish as it’s used in Mexico. A list of all locales supported
     by WordPress in [https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/](https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/)
team and [@presskopp](https://profiles.wordpress.org/presskopp/) is on the team
     for [#de_DE](https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/?locale=de_DE)
      In addition,
there are teams (some very active, some less) for a lot of different languages
and localesLocale Locale = language version, often a combination of a language
code and a region code, for instance es_MX denotes Spanish as it’s used in Mexico.
A list of all locales supported by WordPress in [https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/](https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/).
And some languages have several locales for various regions (this is valid for
both German and Spanish, for instance), see [https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/](https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/)
     for more details on that.
 10. Also: Many teams have their own SlackSlack Slack is a Collaborative Group Chat
Platform [https://slack.com/](https://slack.com/). The WordPress community has
its own Slack Channel at [https://make.wordpress.org/chat/](https://make.wordpress.org/chat/)
instance where you can get in direct touch with the people for that locale, see
     [https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/translating/teams/local-slacks/](https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/translating/teams/local-slacks/)
 11. Finally, quite a few of the teams have published various information, like style
guides and/or information about how they work and how one best can communicate
with them. Links to many of those you’ll find in [https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/translating/list-of-glossaries-per-locale/](https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/translating/list-of-glossaries-per-locale/)
 12. You’re also welcome to ask question in the channel “polyglots” in the global Slack
     if you feel overwhelmed.

 15. [@campation](https://profiles.wordpress.org/campation/) Please check our [glossary](https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/de/default/glossary/),
you’ll find “E-Mail” there instead of “Email”, so I fuzzied all stringsString

I’d like to welcome you in our [german slack](https://dewp.slack.com/),
     channel [#polyglots](https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/tag/polyglots/) to get

      I’m removing the “to-
do” status of this request, since I know that you now have joined the German SlackSlack
Slack is a Collaborative Group Chat Platform [https://slack.com/](https://slack.com/).
The WordPress community has its own Slack Channel at [https://make.wordpress.org/chat/](https://make.wordpress.org/chat/)
