You can help translate WordPress to your language by logging in to the translation platform with your WordPress.orgWordPress.org The community site where WordPress code is created and shared by the users. This is where you can download the source code for WordPress core, plugins and themes as well as the central location for community conversations and organization. https://wordpress.org/ account and suggesting translations (more details).

Want to help in managing and validating translations? Get in touch with the existing language team and follow the glossaries & style guides if the team has them.

- French mini-Translation Day event on April 30: the French team is very good at documenting the contribution on their Rosetta site and /team/ blog, so check them out if you are interested in learning how they use the sites.

Searching for ‘WordPress’ on meetup.com will help you find options in your area. based on Moku Moku format worked well. While I started with Pune city meetup – other cities like Bengaluru also copy-pasted the event for larger reach. The pressure to get things done was not there and hence more actual work got done on Marathi, Kannada and Malayalam by contributors. Will be organizing again after a week. People like this format I think!”

They're one of the places where the WordPress community comes together to teach one another what they’ve learned throughout the year and share the joy. Learn more.
