Regarding readiness for WordPress 5.7 release, check under https://i18n.svn.wordpress.org/ that your locale is correctly prepared for building a localized release, i.e. if your structure is not empty, then /branches/5.7/ needs to be defined. If you’re using localized versions of wp-config-sample.php and readme.html, then check that your localized version is “up-to-speed”. The latest change to wp-config-sample was in February 2020, and latest change to readme.html happened on December 29 2020. Note that commit access to i18n.svn.wordpress.orgWordPress.org The community site where WordPress code is created and shared by the users.
