They can extend functionality or add new features to your WordPress websites. WordPress plugins are written in the PHP programming language and integrate seamlessly with WordPress. These can be free in the WordPress.org Plugin Directory https://wordpress.org/plugins/ or can be cost-based plugin from a third-partyComplianz – Terms and Conditions“. In this post I will try to provide all necessary information, but feel free to contact us for further questions.

Who we are
We are Complianz, a collaboration of four WordPress and IT/Privacy Law professionals. We developed and maintain the Complianz GDPR/CCPA plugin, which helps users around the globe to comply with international privacy law (GDPR, CaCPA, PIPEDA, UK-GDPR, and more). With the new Terms and Conditions plugin, we want to provide WordPress users with clear Terms and Conditions for their site/webshop as well. As this is not related to privacy legislation, we decided to include this in a separate standalone plugin.

Our translators
As we are already CLPTE for the Complianz GDPR/CCPA plugin, we are fully aware of the Polyglots Handbook and the localeLocale Locale = language version, often a combination of a language code and a region code, for instance es_MX denotes Spanish as it’s used in Mexico. A list of all locales supported by WordPress in https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/ glossaries. Over the years, we connected with a network of amazing WordPress enthusiasts and translators, which we will want to continue working with for the Terms and Conditions plugin. All of them are (made) aware of community style guides and glossaries.

You can find a list of contributors and PTE’s who have collaborated so far via https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/complianz-gdpr/contributors/
