         - Hi [@devowl](https://profiles.wordpress.org/devowl/) I won’t be able to
help you with the dynamic generation part, but as you have set your pluginPlugin

be added to a WordPress website. They can extend functionality or add new

earlier than 4.6, the plugin slug and the textdomain should be equal as
           explained on [https://developer.wordpress.org/plugins/internationalization/how-to-internationalize-your-plugin/#text-domains](https://developer.wordpress.org/plugins/internationalization/how-to-internationalize-your-plugin/#text-domains)

To fix the issue, 2 possible ways: 1) change the text domain in all stringsString

of a multitude of localized strings. in your plugin to the plugin slug or
           2) set the minimum WP requirement to 4.6 and then you could even remove
           the text domain everywhere.

 10. If you check out [https://wordpress.org/plugins/real-media-library-lite/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/real-media-library-lite/)
we do have the following requirement: `WordPress Version: 5.0.0 or higher`.
 11. > Note:Since WordPress 4.6 the Text Domain headerHeader The header of your site
     > is typically the first thing people will experience. The masthead or header

     > organization’s brand. It may also look different on different screen sizes.
     > is optional because it must be the same as the plugin slug. There is no harm
     > in including it, but it is not required.
 12. If I understand correctly, the text domain in our `index.php` header does not
take any effect. **The text domain for the plugin needs to be always the plugin
     slug**.
 13. * Is there any reason why a custom text domain is no longer supported (in our
        plugin, independent of README translation)?
      * What happens, if we remove the `Text Domain:` from the `index.php` header?
If we do so, I think we can translate the README description?
 14. To your two suggestions:
 15. 1. If we do so, the text domain for our PRO version gets `real-media-library-lite`,
     too.
      2. Our WordPress minimum requirement is already `5.0.0`
 16. Regards,
      Matthew 🙂

 19. Hi [@devowl](https://profiles.wordpress.org/devowl/) ah, well 5.0.0 is not a valid
WordPress version, so my script is considering the WP minimum as blank. Please
     consider changing it to 5.0.
As an extra note, as you do for the tested up to,
there is no need to go deeper then 5.6. If you put 5.6 it’s means also 5.6.1,
5.6.2, … If you change that, you should be good to go for the translation. No
     further changes needed.
