I am the plugin author (@mitfi) for “Emergency Management” plugin @ https://wordpress.org/plugins/emergency-management/.

Today, my plugin contains 96 translatable stringsString A string is a translatable part of the software. A translation consists of a multitude of localized strings. and as I am a native German, I provide a 100% German translation along with my plugin, whereas the German translation found at WordPress.orgWordPress.org The community site where WordPress code is created and shared by the users. This is where you can download the source code for WordPress core, plugins and themes as well as the central location for community conversations and organization. https://wordpress.org/ is poor and outdated.

Therefore, my plugin code today accepts only other WordPress.org languages besides German, the latter will be taken directly from the very plugin package.
