    (Yesterday I was scheduled a physical exam, for the 14th at 6pm. Unfortunately I will not be able to follow the meeting. I count on @pedromendonca, who has done a lot of work on how this can reflect on the way we manage pt_PT language packs, to bring me up to date on the discussion. Thanks.)

- @nao and @atachibana shared the Japanese team welcomed some new translators. More details are published a recap post (in Japanese)
- @fierevere shared @denisco hosted Russian translation session using YouTube & Discord. - @lasacco shared the Italian team had a mini WPTD on Wednesday night. They started a new project about increasing consistency between the GutenbergGutenberg The Gutenberg project is the new Editor Interface for WordPress. The editor improves the process and experience of creating new content, making writing rich content much simpler. It uses ‘blocks’ to add richness rather than shortcodes, custom HTML etc. https://wordpress.org/gutenberg/ plugin and the WP coreCore Core is the set of software required to run WordPress. The Core Development Team builds WordPress.. They also mentored a couple of new translators.
- @devinmaeztri said the Indonesian team had a fun mini event on Saturday (afternoon and evening!), and in general, ticked off all the objectives they set.

@tobifjellner is trying to move the Serbian Latin locale request forward and scheduled a meeting with Serbian GTEs. If anyone is interested in joining the discussion, the preliminary time is next Wednesday (Oct 14) at 17 UTC.
