[Naoko Takano](https://profiles.wordpress.org/nao/) 4:04 am _on_ September 15, 2020 3. Hi [@man4toman](https://profiles.wordpress.org/man4toman/)! We looked at the status of bbPressbbPress Free, open source software built on top of WordPress for easily creating forums on sites. [https://bbpress.org](https://bbpress.org) and Forums projects: 4. * [bbPress](https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/fa/default/wp-plugins/bbpress/)( Stable is 79%) * [meta/forums](https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/fa/default/meta/forums/)( 50%) 5. I think it’s ideal if you could at least bring the bbPress project to 90%, so the language pack is generated. Could you let me know when that’s done, and I can enable Persian forums on WordPress.orgWordPress.org The community site where WordPress code is created and shared by the users. This is where you can download the source code for WordPress core, plugins and themes as well as the central location for community conversations and organization. [https://wordpress.org/](https://wordpress.org/). 6. * ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/e3927a16523e7f3ab1c2ece55ee401ce487ba537aa2c09546da2481c1818a7d7? s=32&d=mm&r=g) * [Morteza Geransayeh](https://profiles.wordpress.org/man4toman/) 11:21 am _on_ September 15, 2020 * Hi [@nao](https://profiles.wordpress.org/nao/), Thanks, we are working on bbPressbbPress Free, open source software built on top of WordPress for easily creating forums on sites. [https://bbpress.org](https://bbpress.org) and forums. I’ll reply in this request when we complete the translation. * ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/e3927a16523e7f3ab1c2ece55ee401ce487ba537aa2c09546da2481c1818a7d7? s=32&d=mm&r=g) * [Morteza Geransayeh](https://profiles.wordpress.org/man4toman/) 1:55 pm _on_ September 15, 2020 * [@nao](https://profiles.wordpress.org/nao/) we work on bbPressbbPress Free, open source software built on top of WordPress for easily creating forums on sites. [https://bbpress.org](https://bbpress.org) and it’s now 93%. Is it enough to start? After that we work on metaMeta Meta is a term that refers to the inside workings of a group. For us, this is the team that works on internal WordPress sites like WordCamp Central and Make WordPress./forums. - ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/890bd890338f9b6a17143a65ac10a20410e135583d95106bb09f20d91f66afe2? s=32&d=mm&r=g) - [tobifjellner (Tor-Bjorn Fjellner)](https://profiles.wordpress.org/tobifjellner/) 3:57 pm _on_ September 15, 2020 - That’s great. This mean that there now is a Persian language-pack for bbPressbbPress Free, open source software built on top of WordPress for easily creating forums on sites. [https://bbpress.org](https://bbpress.org): - ```notranslate Persian (fa_IR): Last updated 2020-09-15 13:41:42 for version 2.6.5 ``` - So, yes. It will happen now. But I’m letting [@nao](https://profiles.wordpress.org/nao/) do the actual activation, she’s more experienced on that part. * ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/e3927a16523e7f3ab1c2ece55ee401ce487ba537aa2c09546da2481c1818a7d7? s=32&d=mm&r=g) * [Morteza Geransayeh](https://profiles.wordpress.org/man4toman/) 4:33 pm _on_ September 15, 2020 * Thank you [@tobifjellner](https://profiles.wordpress.org/tobifjellner/), it’s really exciting. 7. ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/aa89edf971372c035a02c633667412facd8b00fd6946fe4f208f7aed7f7bb524? s=32&d=mm&r=g) 8. [Naoko Takano](https://profiles.wordpress.org/nao/) 7:21 am _on_ September 17, 2020 9. Hi [@man4toman](https://profiles.wordpress.org/man4toman/), 10. The Persian forums site is now ready. You can now log into your team’s forums from here: [https://fa.wordpress.org/support/wp-admin/](https://fa.wordpress.org/support/wp-admin/) You’re the only “keymaster”, but please add other keymasters (usually localeLocale Locale = language version, often a combination of a language code and a region code, for instance es_MX denotes Spanish as it’s used in Mexico. A list of all locales supported by WordPress in [https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/](https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/) managers) and moderators (forum support volunteers that need moderate permission) as needed. 11. I titled it to “پشتیبانی فارسی” but feel free to update it. 12. Please go to [https://fa.wordpress.org/support/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=forum](https://fa.wordpress.org/support/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=forum) and add forums (categories of topics). For example, there are 9 English forums such as “Installing WordPress”. [https://wordpress.org/support/forums/](https://wordpress.org/support/forums/) 13. Thanks for your patience! Let me know if you need anything else. 14. ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/e3927a16523e7f3ab1c2ece55ee401ce487ba537aa2c09546da2481c1818a7d7? s=32&d=mm&r=g) 15.
