We would like to request GTEs to add the users listed below as PTEProject Translation Editor A Project Translation Editor (often referred to as PTE) is a person, who has access to validate strings on a specific project (for example BuddyPress, WooCommerce or Twenty Fourteen) for one specific locale. A project translation editor can approve strings that are added by translation contributors. ¿CómoMO files MO, or Machine Object is a binary data file that contains object data referenced by a program. It is typically used to translate program code, and may be loaded or imported into the GNU gettext program. This is the format used in a WordPress install. These files are normally located inside .../wp-content/languages/ estás? El otro día que hablamos por slackSlack Slack is a Collaborative Group Chat Platform https://slack.com/.   Sí, recuerdo que comentamos sobre este asunto. No se trata de no estar capacitado, sino del tiempo que lleva adaptar la traducción al estilo del español de Argentina. Yo subí las cadenas con las adaptaciones hechas o, al menos, eso creo. No sé si se me pasaría alguna por alto. WordPress plugins are written in the PHP programming language and integrate seamlessly with WordPress.   Dicho esto, en el caso de #es_AR en realidad lo que nos interesa es tener las cadenas aprobadas, no figurar. Así que le envío las gracias al equipo por tomarse el tiempo de revisarlas: ya vi que acaban de aprobar la mayoría.
  
  En el caso de las demás variantes de español, las cadenas a traducir de este pluginPlugin A plugin is a piece of software containing a group of functions that can be added to a WordPress website. These can be free in the WordPress.org Plugin Directory https://wordpress.org/plugins/ or can be cost-based plugin from a third-party que contienen frases o palabras son muy pocas y fáciles de adaptar. Aparte de estas, la mayoría son nombres de lugares.
  
  Actualmente, el porcentaje de cadenas mínimas necesarias para generar un paquete de traducción es de 90%, de modo que, así estén traducidas todas las cadenas visibles de las opciones y campos, no se verán hasta que no estén completadas y aprobadas al menos 90% de las cadenas. De nuevo, la mayoría son nombres de lugares. Esta es la razón por la que necesitamos celeridad en el proceso de aprobación.

    Yendo a lo importante, además de explicarme lo de la generación de los paquetes de traducción que creo todos los GTEGeneral Translation Editor A General Translation Editor (often referred to as GTE) is a person, who has global access to validate strings on all projects for a specific locale. tenemos más que claro, me das el mismo argumento que yo usé cuando pedí acceso al equipo de es-es y tú (sin formar parte de él) me diste tus explicaciones de por qué no era suficiente ser GTE de un localeLocale Locale = language version, often a combination of a language code and a region code, for instance es_MX denotes Spanish as it’s used in Mexico. I have approved and, in some cases, corrected your stringsString A string is a translatable part of the software. A translation consists of a multitude of localized strings. for #en_GB. The corrected strings were all due to the source strings being slightly incorrect or not localised properly, apart from 10 strings (Algerian Communes), which I rejected by mistake – sorry!

As you mentioned above, future updates of the pluginPlugin A plugin is a piece of software containing a group of functions that can be added to a WordPress website. They can extend functionality or add new features to your WordPress websites. WordPress plugins are written in the PHP programming language and integrate seamlessly with WordPress. These can be free in the WordPress.org Plugin Directory https://wordpress.org/plugins/ or can be cost-based plugin from a third-party will probably contain fewer strings. In this case, it would probably be easier for the #en_GB team to approve strings, as and when, in order to maintain consistency in localisationLocalization Localization (sometimes shortened to "l10n") is the process of adapting a product or service to a particular language, culture, and desired local "look-and-feel.".
