I am reviewing of one of the plugins where I contribute, and saw many languages translations pending maybe some local could approve or reject here!

    From that point of view your response to @pedromendonca was totally “on spot”, however you never @mentioned Pedro, so he may not have seen your comment.

If there would be any feedback, then the language team would know to whom they should address their comments. Yes sorry, last comment was a missundertanding..
I am just reviewing pending translations from another users and asking locals to review them, as I couldnt know if its are correct or not….
This is my starting point, asking someone to approve or reject, and after that analyse where I need to ask profesionals to complete the translations… Maybe is a different approach to the regular one, but from my point of view is a shame not to use the collaborations of other users, isnt it?

  Therefor, on this global blog we don’t really follow-up requests to just check pending strings. (just imagine, some localesLocale Locale = language version, often a combination of a language code and a region code, for instance es_MX denotes Spanish as it’s used in Mexico. A list of all locales supported by WordPress in https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/ got more than 100 k pending strings, and some of these strings were submitted several years ago. It’s quite possible that even the user who translated the stringString A string is a translatable part of the software. A translation consists of a multitude of localized strings. isn’t using WordPress anymore…)

To make this process go faster, please ask your translators to follow the rules in the Dutch Glossary. Waiting strings for your Development branch still have to be checked for #nl_NL.
