You can help translate WordPress to your language by logging in to the translation platform with your WordPress.orgWordPress.org The community site where WordPress code is created and shared by the users. This is where you can download the source code for WordPress core, plugins and themes as well as the central location for community conversations and organization. https://wordpress.org/ account and suggesting translations (more details).

Want to help in managing and validating translations? Get in touch with the existing language team and follow the glossaries & style guides if the team has them.

  @stockpack Did you also reject your pending incorrect stringsString A string is a translatable part of the software. A translation consists of a multitude of localized strings.? Otherwise it’s all a mess when an editor comes to have a look, unfortunately.

Hi @tobifjellner I am not sure what that would mean, I corrected them when I found them as incorrect. What does pending incorrect stringString A string is a translatable part of the software. A translation consists of a multitude of localized strings. mean specifically? Since I was the one doing the translation as well as the approval, I didn’t use the reject option.

  Oh. Sorry. Yes, since you’re now assigned the editor role, then all is fine.
  If someone has added a pending (yellow) translation, and then edits and resubmits, then there will be two pending translations, and then the editor will have a hard time spotting what’s the difference between the stringsString A string is a translatable part of the software. A translation consists of a multitude of localized strings., and in case of bulk approval, there’s a risk that the wrong version will be the one to become actual.
