  In the curren time, we always put all codes in the /trunk folder, so the stable version is in our /trunk folder, I am not sure, I just guess maybe you need we add more tags folder for a better translate work? In the current time, we put all codes in the trunk folder, so any time we can upgrade wordpress tooltip version quickly, and we just have another very old version in a tag folder, just because we find some users is using a very old version which released many years before, not sure do you need we remove that tag folder which keep the very old version, or we need to add new tag folder for each version and keep all versions? Would you please give us a little details about your need so we can correct the problem? Thanks 🙂

    Your readme is 62 kbytes. Try to not have more than 10 kbytes. Larger readme files now and then don’t look good in the plugin directory. Usually, the easiest solution is to move older changelog items to a separate changelog.txt file.
    
    the “Stable tag” in trunk/readme is not a version number, but a directory name. By stating “Stable tag: 6.4.5” you’re saying that the plugin directory should show information and offer download from the directory “tags/6.4.5”, which is missing. If you don’t want to maintain separate tag directories, then you should simply say “Stable tag:trunk” instead. The version number show to users is the one stated in the plugin headerHeader The header of your site is typically the first thing people will experience. The masthead or header art located across the top of your page is part of the look and feel of your website. It can influence a visitor’s opinion about your content and you/ your organization’s brand. It may also look different on different screen sizes. itself, so things will still look fine to users.
    
    In readme you state: “Requires at least: 2.0”. Do you really still support that old versions of WordPress?
    
    “Tested up to: 5.3.2”. You don’t need to add the minor version. Plugin directory will always show the latest minor version of the major version you’ve indicated. (i.e. 5.3 is enough here, or perhaps already 5.4?)
    
    You’ve listed way more than the maximum allowed 12 tags. And only 5 (not unique) tags are actually shown. These topic tags are meant for navigation in the plugin directory and have virtually no impact on SEO or the chances of being found. (plugin search looks at all the readme)

      1: We have removed change log from readme.txt 🙂
      2: We have changed stable tag as “stable tag:trunk” and it works well in the new version 🙂
      3: About at least 2.0, every time when people ask this, we do did a full test since 2.0 to the latest wordpress and give the reply: yes, it is just because our tooltip pluginPlugin A plugin is a piece of software containing a group of functions that can be added to a WordPress website. These can be free in the WordPress.org Plugin Directory https://wordpress.org/plugins/ or can be cost-based plugin from a third-party developed many years before, and from advanced view, we found there are still many users is using very old version of tooltip plugin, but you are right, we have no time to test from 2.0 again, we have changed this to support newer wordpress version, that means these old version users will not get upgrade notification forever now 🙂
      4: We have removed other tags, there are only 5 tags in readme.txt 🙂

The GTE (General Translation Editor) and LM (Locale Manager) roles can add new users with the "Project Translation Editor" role that can approve translations for specific projects.
