You can help translate WordPress to your language by logging in to the translation platform with your WordPress.orgWordPress.org The community site where WordPress code is created and shared by the users. This is where you can download the source code for WordPress core, plugins and themes as well as the central location for community conversations and organization. https://wordpress.org/ account and suggesting translations (more details).

Want to help in managing and validating translations? Get in touch with the existing language team and follow the glossaries & style guides if the team has them.

Don’t see your language? You can request support for it.

Releases: 196 (-7) locale, 50 (+1) up to date, 0 (±0) behind by minor versions, 17 (-1) behind by one major version, 54 (±0) behind more than one major version, 72 (-2) have site but never released, 3 (-5) have no site.
Translations: 196 (-7) total, 51 (+3) at 100%, 15 (±0) over 95%, 13 (+1) over 90%, 43 (+8) over 50%, 74 (-7) below 50%, 121 (±0) have a language pack generated, 3 (-9) have no project.
Requests: There are 21 unresolved editor requests out of 2 900 (+16) total and 11 unresolved locale requests out of 119 (±0) total.

- @nao shared the status of blockBlock Block is the abstract term used to describe units of markup that, composed together, form the content or layout of a webpage using the WordPress editor. The idea combines concepts of what in the past may have achieved with shortcodes, custom HTML, and embed discovery into a single consistent API and user experience. pages and advised to wait for publishing these pages

- Machine translation (topic brought up by luffy): Never submit unreviewed machine translation. We have a documentation page referring to this. @fierevere suggested a handy Firefox Google Translate addon.
- @khoipro asked about reporting wrong WordPress.comWordPress.com An online implementation of WordPress code that lets you immediately access a new WordPress environment to publish your content. WordPress.com is a private company owned by Automattic that hosts the largest multisite in the world. This is arguably the best place to start blogging if you have never touched WordPress before. https://wordpress.com/ translation, @nao said to contact Automattic members listed on @translationsbyautomattic profile.
- WordPress Annual Survey is close to closing and available in French, German, Japanese, Russian, and Spanish. Please send your feedback.
- @casiepa shared if that Google Translate Toolkit will shut down completely on Dec 4
- @yordansoares said he is trying to recruit a linguist to review their locale style guide.
- @devinmaeztri said Indonesian team is slowly getting people to work on Glossary and Style Guide
