The GTE (General Translation Editor) and LM (Locale Manager) roles can add new users with the "Project Translation Editor" role that can approve translations for specific projects. There are two different Translation Editor roles: [General Translation Editor](https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/2019/07/20/hello-polyglots-i-have-suggested-51/?output_format=md#general-translation-editor) and [Project Translation Editor](https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/2019/07/20/hello-polyglots-i-have-suggested-51/?output_format=md#project-translation-editor) role are checked by volunteers from each respective language team. Some teams are big and active. Others are small, or even tiny. Some teams are barely active. But in case of low activity teams, if you haven’t received any response from the relevant team (in your case [#bg_BG](https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/?locale=bg_BG)) then after a while someone from the global team may go in and “approve by default”, in order to enable you to move forward. So I suggest we wait a few days more.
