 3. Hello [@dsifford](https://profiles.wordpress.org/dsifford/),
 4. there are some problems with the translated stringsString A string is a translatable
part of the software. A translation consists of a multitude of localized strings..
You should advise your translator to [follow our guidelines](https://de.wordpress.org/mitwirken/wie-die-deutschsprachige-community-pte-rechte-vergibt/)(
already in your own interest). Also, default and formal form of address have been
mixed. There are two branches in german translating strings, one for default and
one for informal form of address.
 5. We are here to help you and will be happy to assist you with an accurate translation.
Meet us in [ our Slack-Channel](https://de.wordpress.org/slack).

 9. Hi [@dsifford](https://profiles.wordpress.org/dsifford/)
 10. Sorry for our late reply, the French translation team will do its best to get
your request accepted ASAP. You can have more info [how we handle PTE requests](https://fr.wordpress.org/2015/12/18/how-french-community-handles-pte-requests/).
 11. [@houssenmoshine](https://profiles.wordpress.org/houssenmoshine/) can you also
get in touch on the French SlackSlack Slack is a Collaborative Group Chat Platform
[https://slack.com/](https://slack.com/). The WordPress community has its own
     Slack Channel at [https://make.wordpress.org/chat/](https://make.wordpress.org/chat/)#

We have a few recommendations before giving PTEProject Translation Editor A Project
Translation Editor (often referred to as PTE) is a person, who has access to validate
strings on a specific project (for example BuddyPress, WooCommerce or Twenty Fourteen)
for one specific locale. A project translation editor can approve strings that
are added by translation contributors. Per project translation, editors are appointed
     by a [general translation editor](https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/glossary/#general-translation-editor)
after a [request by the project author](https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/rosetta/theme-plugin-directories/#requesting-new-translation-editors)
or by the contributors themselves.’s access.
 12. Please keep in mind the French Glossary and Guidelines available in our [French O2 Team](https://fr.wordpress.org/team/)
     as well.

 15. Hello [@dsifford](https://profiles.wordpress.org/dsifford/)
 16. I’m glad you’re interested in translating your pluginPlugin A plugin is a piece

 21. I’m removing the to-do status of this request since there currently is nothing
more left for the localeLocale Locale = language version, often a combination
