You can help translate WordPress to your language by logging in to the translation platform with your WordPress.orgWordPress.org The community site where WordPress code is created and shared by the users. This is where you can download the source code for WordPress core, plugins and themes as well as the central location for community conversations and organization. https://wordpress.org/ account and suggesting translations (more details).

Want to help in managing and validating translations? Get in touch with the existing language team and follow the glossaries & style guides if the team has them.

Saraiki language is added in the localeLocale Locale = language version, often a combination of a language code and a region code, for instance es_MX denotes Spanish as it’s used in Mexico. Yes, most of the steps for adding the new language are made. I guess that the relevant team will be set up within a couple of weeks. (The right people need to find time for it.).

WordPress coreCore Core is the set of software required to run WordPress. The Core Development Team builds WordPress. consists of 4 parts. All of them need to be 100% translated, so you may already start adding suggested translations in the 3 parts that are available. The main somehow still is missing, so I guess someone with the right access still needs to deal with the translation sets a bit.
For the moment, you may (as any logged in user) suggest translations. Once you get the translation editorTranslation Editor Translation editors can approve translations for projects. The GTE (General Translation Editor) and LM (Locale Manager) roles can add new users with the "Project Translation Editor" role that can approve translations for specific projects. There are two different Translation Editor roles:
General Translation Editor and Project Translation Editor status, you’ll be able to quickly approve your own translations.

Make sure that you add #skr as a watched word in https://profiles.wordpress.org/me/profile/notifications/

Start thinking around a glossary, to make sure that you and the other translators will use the same terms consistently. You can look at the glossaries of other languages to get inspiration for what kinds of words are good to add. Dear more than 50% work has been done in Saraiki. So I think that language pack be released. So that the language may be easily used in other place. Kindly release the language pack.

  In many cases, releases happen automatically. See https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/translating/packaging-localized-wordpress/automated-release-packages/
  
  You can make a release manually, see https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/translating/packaging-localized-wordpress/ but here, also, you really should first reach 100% translated in all of the four parts. The reason for this is of course that the users should get a consistent experience.
  
  If you want to test the partial translation, then you could do the following:
  - On the edit page for each of the subproject, export all current translations to .moMO files MO, or Machine Object is a binary data file that contains object data referenced by a program. It is typically used to translate program code, and may be loaded or imported into the GNU gettext program. This is the format used in a WordPress install. These files are normally located inside .../wp-content/languages/-files.
  - Rename these files accordingly: • admin-network-skr.moMO files MO, or Machine Object is a binary data file that contains object data referenced by a program. It is typically used to translate program code, and may be loaded or imported into the GNU gettext program. This is the format used in a WordPress install.   - Put these files under: \wp-content\languages
  - For the frontend to look good, you also need to translate your theme.
