Hi, I ask you to…

Hi,

I ask you to create the Upper Sorbian localeLocale Locale = language version, often a combination of a language code and a region code, for instance es_MX denotes Spanish as it’s used in Mexico. A list of all locales supported by WordPress in https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/. Upper Sorbian is one of two West Slavic languages (the other one is Lower Sorbian) spoken in Eastern Germany.

Locale: hsb
Country code: is not used
Plural forms: 4
1, 2, 3 – 4, 5 – 100, 101, 102, 103 – 104, 105 – 199, and so on. The last digit is decisive, also with decimals. Example:

dataja “file”
1 dataja
2 dataji
3 – 4 dataje
5 – 100 datajow
101 dataja
102 dataji
103 – 104 dataje
105 – 200 datajow

I think this should be the correct Gettext plural rule:
nplurals=4; plural=(n%100==1 ? 1 : n%100==2 ? 2 : n%100==3 || n%100==4 ? 3 : 0);

Language native name: Hornjoserbšćina
Language English name: Upper Sorbian
Sub-domain: is not used
Site Title: Hornjoserbšćina
Site Description: WordPress hornjoserbsce
Admin Username: milupo

Thanks and kind regards,
Michael
