Hi,
I encourage the current effort of Persian coreCore Core is the set of software required to run WordPress. The Core Development Team builds WordPress. team,
But I think Persian community need more activity for translations and management
Because sometimes there is a gap for approving suggested translations:

At this time there are 650 waiting suggestions
Currently many sections didn’t translate such plugins directory, metaMeta Meta is a term that refers to the inside workings of a group. For us, this is the team that works on internal WordPress sites like WordCamp Central and Make WordPress., applications, etc
And currently there are special terms which core team use in core WordPress translations, So a glossary is mandatory for translators, But it seems current core team don’t have enough time to do such things
As I requested much times about expanding core team, Here I request for this which Persian community need more GTEGeneral Translation Editor A General Translation Editor (often referred to as GTE) is a person, who has global access to validate strings on all projects for a specific locale. and need some rules to facilitate the translations
There are some active members who are participating for translations and development of WordPress for long time and they are always online and available.

Hello, thanks for raising this!

Could I please ask some of the other active members of the Persian community to get involved in this discussion, it would be great to see the activity you mention represented here as well.

In the meantime, if I may suggest a few things that don’t need to be done by GTEs that you can do to help the team along, starting with creating a local glossary and style guide. This can be started by anyone, they don’t need to be a GTEGeneral Translation Editor A General Translation Editor (often referred to as GTE) is a person, who has global access to validate strings on all projects for a specific locale. or a localeLocale Locale = language version, often a combination of a language code and a region code, for instance es_MX denotes Spanish as it’s used in Mexico. A list of all locales supported by WordPress in https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/ manager.

To help the GTEs along with creating the glossary, I suggest that you do the following:

1. Create a public copy of this template and start filling it out for Persian. You can start with the tab of the highest priority terms.
2. Share the link to the Persian glossary here and pingPing The act of sending a very small amount of data to an end point. Ping is used in computer science to illicit a response from a target server to test it’s connection. Ping is also a term used by Slack users to @ someone or send them a direct message (DM). Users might say something along the lines of “Ping me when the meeting starts.” your General Translation EditorsTranslation Editor Translation editors can approve translations for projects. The GTE (General Translation Editor) and LM (Locale Manager) roles can add new users with the "Project Translation Editor" role that can approve translations for specific projects. Per project translation, editors are appointed by a general translation editor after a request by the project author or by the contributors themselves., one of the easier things you can do is to add him as a PTE for all plugins and themes, that will allow him to approve translations for the meta projects as well.

Actually we need to create a glossary in WP.org’s GlotPressGlotPress GlotPress is the translation management software that powers Translate.WordPress.org. More information is available at glotpress.org.,

And use it’s built-in features such suggesting glossary items to translators

I can create an external glossary, But adding or removing items after first import, import & export in other glossaries without an access are very hard, because of too late approves (As I mentioned in last post)

  @parsmizban I’m familiar with the Glossary feature in translate.wordpress.orgtranslate.wordpress.org The platform for contributing to the translation of WordPress core, themes and plugins. 🙂
  
  Glossaries can be imported, so working on one in the spreadsheet is a good start and a nice, public, collaborative way to get more people involved before importing to the general project. The spreadsheet also gives GTEs a way to give feedback on suggested terms, etc. which the current glossary feature does not. Considering this is a discussion about expanding an editors team, I’m suggesting this as a way for all of you to work together on a project.
  
  Following this advice will help the leadership team make a decision about adding additional GTEs to the Persian team if the current Translation EditorsTranslation Editor Translation editors can approve translations for projects. The GTE (General Translation Editor) and LM (Locale Manager) roles can add new users with the "Project Translation Editor" role that can approve translations for specific projects. There are two different Translation Editor roles:

It seems current GTEs are not active,
They don’t answer through TrelloTrello Project management system using the concepts of boards and cards to organize tasks in a sane way. This is what the make.wordpress.com/marketing team uses for example: https://trello.com/b/8UGHVBu8/wp-marketing. (Persian Community) or via emails
There are currently more than 680 suggestions waiting more than 4 weeks
Please take an action for this problem
