 3. Hi,
 4. I made [@sankari](https://profiles.wordpress.org/sankari/) PTEProject Translation
Editor A Project Translation Editor (often referred to as PTE) is a person, who
has access to validate strings on a specific project (for example BuddyPress,
WooCommerce or Twenty Fourteen) for one specific locale. A project translation
editor can approve strings that are added by translation contributors. Per project
translation, editors are appointed by a [general translation editor](https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/glossary/#general-translation-editor)
after a [request by the project author](https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/rosetta/theme-plugin-directories/#requesting-new-translation-editors)
or by the contributors themselves. now, but please don’t mix formal/informal

 6. As a PTE you should be a native speaker of a language, Carolina [@poena](https://profiles.wordpress.org/poena/),
     you don’t seem to be?

consists of a multitude of localized strings. and make some changes to the

        didn’t.

of sending a very small amount of data to an end point. Ping is used in
computer science to illicit a response from a target server to test it’s
connection. Ping is also a term used by Slack users to @ someone or send
them a direct message (DM). Users might say something along the lines of“
Ping me when the meeting starts.” one of us or meet us in german slackSlack

     Thanks for the honour.
 12. [@Presskopp](https://profiles.wordpress.org/presskopp/) …and for those useful
links. The default glossary comes in handy! I completed the localisationLocalization
Localization (sometimes shortened to "**l10n**") is the process of adapting a
product or service to a particular language, culture, and desired local "look-
and-feel." of Carolina’s theme. However, I wasn’t able to find the mistake in “
damit Sie Ihre Musik präsentieren können” and “Wählen Sie die Mitglieder”. In
my view, “Sie” and “Ihr” is formal German and corresponds to you/your of the English
version. Kindly advise or correct if I’m wrong. Thank you!
