You can help translate WordPress to your language by logging in to the translation platform with your WordPress.orgWordPress.org The community site where WordPress code is created and shared by the users. This is where you can download the source code for WordPress core, plugins and themes as well as the central location for community conversations and organization. https://wordpress.org/ account and suggesting translations (more details).

Want to help in managing and validating translations? Get in touch with the existing language team and follow the glossaries & style guides if the team has them.

Don’t see your language? You can request support for it.

Dear @petya

I was the editor on the Urdu RosettaRosetta The code name of the theme for the local WordPress sites (eg. bg.wordpress.org is a “Rosetta” site). All locale specific WordPress sites are referred to as “Rosetta sites.” The name was inspired from the ancient Rosetta Stone, which contained more or less the same text in three different languages. site & i was eligible to make edits the content of the website but since few days i have noticed that neither i can write any post nor i can edit on Rosetta site.
Please solve this problem as soon as possible, so that i may write the new posts & edit the content of the Urdu Rosetta site.

When I look at https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/?locale=ur it looks as if you’re lacking the role “LocaleLocale Locale = language version, often a combination of a language code and a region code, for instance es_MX denotes Spanish as it’s used in Mexico. A list of all locales supported by WordPress in https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/ Manager”. It’s possible that @mrahmadawais may add that role for you, I’m not totally sure, though.

    Yes. You’re right. We don’t have any plans to grow the team beyond what we have at the moment.
    
    Currently selected team of translators is pretty active and we are training three junior apprentices at the moment.

@farhandanish1 we tried to get in touch with on several occasions. On meetups and on the Global translation day 3. But received no response at all. We considered you’re away and that must be when it would have happened while prunning old accounts.

@saqibameen can you take a look?

@farhandanish1 may I ask what do you intend to publish? Make sure you get the draft approved by @saqibameen before hiting publish as he is the lead in Urdu Translations management at the moment. Always good to grow as a group.
