Request for new locale Saraiki

Hi Polygots, I’ve read the documentation that explains how to add a language. I’ve also checked the language is not available at https://translate.wordpress.org/ I want to add a new locale ‘Saraiki’ being spoken in Pakistan & India. I have been leading the effort to get WordPress translated into Saraiki. I have three persons of team (Hanif Chandia, M. Kashif Lashari & Parwez Qadir).

  The automatic slug generation stops when it encounters any weird character, like & ! ? or new line…
  As long as the navigation works, it’s actually ok. But I’ve updated the title and the slug to make the better show the topic. 🙂

In Saraiki language , o (Zero) is also used as plural.
This was also clear in Request:

in other words:

PLURAL FORMS ………. one, other
So this be corrected please.
In translation settings 0 and 1 are singular, But actually only 1 is singular.

  This means that Saraiki uses the same structure as English, which means that we can simply remove the plural settings, and let the default settings apply.
