The plural definition I put in the request seems to be broken. So we’ll have to generate a correct one.
According to http://www.unicode.org/cldr/charts/latest/supplemental/language_plural_rules.html#mt
the rules should be the following
Form 0 (singular): n=1
Form 1 (dual): n=0 or n % 100 = 2..10 (0, 102, 103..110, 202, 203…)
Form 2 (teens): n % 100 = 11..19 (11, 12..19, 111, 112…119, 211..219…)
Form 3 (everything else) (20, 21..99, 100, 101, 120..201)
@ghidhabilmalti Can you confirm that these are the four variants needed?

Thanks for your confirmation, @ghidhabilmalti No problem. This gave me a reason to, finally, really understand these weird codes…
I’ve just been using them as copy-paste, but now I managed to “wrap my head around it”.
