You can help translate WordPress to your language by logging in to the translation platform with your WordPress.orgWordPress.org The community site where WordPress code is created and shared by the users. This is where you can download the source code for WordPress core, plugins and themes as well as the central location for community conversations and organization. https://wordpress.org/ account and suggesting translations (more details).

Want to help in managing and validating translations? Get in touch with the existing language team and follow the glossaries & style guides if the team has them.

Thank you so much for your suggestion! Actually we have international team with people from different countries. We have weekly updates as result weekly modifications in translation. It’s gonna be much easier to get a chance approve own translations. Thank you for your help!

The GTE (General Translation Editor) and LM (Locale Manager) roles can add new users with the "Project Translation Editor" role that can approve translations for specific projects. There are two different Translation Editor roles:
General Translation Editor and Project Translation Editor for your plugin.   Thank you for your reply! Yes, we have International team with team members from different countries like: Ukraine, Russia, Poland, Belarus, Germany, Holland, China. Also we have partnership with people from US , NZ and Canada and etc. So I’m sure that we can accomplish translation of our plugins. Possibility to approve own translations would be really helpful. Thank you before a hand!
  One small question: Is it possible to publish some general request with full list of languages we planning to make translation to ? (and make such list approved) Or better to move some small steps like 2-3 language per request ?
