     * Hi [@echoplugins](https://profiles.wordpress.org/echoplugins/)
     * The French translation team will do its best to get your request accepted asap.
       You can have more info how we handle PTEProject Translation Editor A Project
       Translation Editor (often referred to as PTE) is a person, who has access to
       validate strings on a specific project (for example BuddyPress, WooCommerce
       or Twenty Fourteen) for one specific locale. A project translation editor can
       approve strings that are added by translation contributors. Per project translation,
       editors are appointed by a [general translation editor](https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/glossary/#general-translation-editor)
       after a [request by the project author](https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/rosetta/theme-plugin-directories/#requesting-new-translation-editors)
       or by the contributors themselves. requests [here](https://fr.wordpress.org/2015/12/18/how-french-community-handles-pte-requests/).
     * Can you please get in touch on the French SlackSlack Slack is a Collaborative
       Group Chat Platform [https://slack.com/](https://slack.com/). The WordPress
       community has its own Slack Channel at [https://make.wordpress.org/chat/](https://make.wordpress.org/chat/)#

       available in the sidebarSidebar A sidebar in WordPress is referred to a widget-
       ready area used by WordPress themes to display information that is not a part
       of the main content. It is not always a vertical column on the side. It can
       be a horizontal rectangle below or above the content area, footer, header, or
       any where in the theme..
        We have a few recommendations before giving PTE’s
       access.
     * Please keep in mind the [French Glossary and the guidelines](https://fr.wordpress.org/category/guide/).
     * Thanks,
