# Hello there, Polyglots. We are…

Hello there, Polyglots. We are requesting commit access for es_ES for user [@jartes](https://profiles.wordpress.org/jartes/),
as he’s helping us with the translations and we want to have another user in the
team.

Is this something that we can do internally, or we need to ask for permission? If
so, this is a request 🙂

Thanks.

 8. [@zodiac1978](https://profiles.wordpress.org/zodiac1978/) That’s unrelated to
     this request.
 9. [@bi0xid](https://profiles.wordpress.org/bi0xid/) Can you give me a quick update
about the current users? Beside you, [@pandem](https://profiles.wordpress.org/pandem/),
     [@txanny](https://profiles.wordpress.org/txanny/), and [@fernandot](https://profiles.wordpress.org/fernandot/)
have also access. Should those remain having access to the repoWordPress Localization
Repository The **WordPress Localization Repository** at [https://i18n.svn.wordpress.org/](https://i18n.svn.wordpress.org/)
     is a [Subversion repository](https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Subversion) where
official WordPress translations are maintained. See [Working with the Translation Repository](https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/translating/working-with-the-translation-repository/)
     for details.?

      * [@ocean90](https://profiles.wordpress.org/ocean90/) Okay, the “commit access”
was a hint, but I thought it was “lost in translation” and they just wanted
to know about adding PTEs/GTEs. Sorry for the interruption. Please move on.
        😉

      * Sorry about not answering before. I didn’t see the notification.
      * Right now [@fernandot](https://profiles.wordpress.org/fernandot/) and myself
are the only active users, and [@jartes](https://profiles.wordpress.org/jartes/)
would be the new one in the team. [@pandem](https://profiles.wordpress.org/pandem/)
and [@txanny](https://profiles.wordpress.org/txanny/) are not active in those
duties, so you can remove their commit access.
      * Thanks.
