I need help with a weird translation translation synchronization problem on polyglot.

I’m the developer of the Hueman theme hosted on the wp.org repoWordPress Localization Repository The WordPress Localization Repository at https://i18n.svn.wordpress.org/ is a Subversion repository where official WordPress translations are maintained. There is some text in Hueman template which we cannot get translated.
For example, the following strings of the Czech translation : https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-themes/hueman/cs/default

1/ There is a proper line at translation page, but original stringString A string is a translatable part of the software. A translation consists of a multitude of localized strings. keeps showing up on the web.
2/ Text in the Hueman template does not have its corresponding line at translation page.

Could a Czech GTEGeneral Translation Editor A General Translation Editor (often referred to as GTE) is a person, who has global access to validate strings on all projects for a specific locale. have a quick look at the problem : @kalich5, @pavelevap, @mobby2561 ?
Why is this happening and what can be done ?
