I am Jamyang, the lead translator for Tibetan – https://bo.wordpress.org

Our person who first set up the rosettaRosetta The code name of the theme for the local WordPress sites (eg. bg.wordpress.org is a “Rosetta” site). All locale specific WordPress sites are referred to as “Rosetta sites.” The name was inspired from the ancient Rosetta Stone, which contained more or less the same text in three different languages. site and localeLocale Locale = language version, often a combination of a language code and a region code, for instance es_MX denotes Spanish as it’s used in Mexico. A list of all locales supported by WordPress in https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/ put the wrong word for Tibetan language: བོད་སྐད This must be coming from the “Language native name” ?
It should be བོད་ཡིག

Most important place where this needs to be fixed is, when installing WordPress, in the languages menu, and after installing, if Tibetan is installed, where it is displayed in the dashboard settings.
And also on these pages …

locale translate page: https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/bo

We searched the handbook and the locale site options and didn’t see a way to change this. Can you tell us what is the process?
