I notice all my 9 plugins have a new PTEProject Translation Editor A Project Translation Editor (often referred to as PTE) is a person, who has access to validate strings on a specific project (for example BuddyPress, WooCommerce or Twenty Fourteen) for one specific locale. A project translation editor can approve strings that are added by translation contributors. Per project translation, editors are appointed by a general translation editor after a request by the project author or by the contributors themselves. for Canadian English, also a guy named Guido (but not me):

Don’t know him, and I notice his last activity was 12 years ago..

And with Russian language I do have a PTE, but he is not listed as PTE:

What’s happening here? Can I ignore this?

For en_CA, that does seem like a mistake, because there are no translations from that user. Perhaps @thee17 can confirm?

For ru_RU, @ivanweb is not listed as a PTEProject Translation Editor A Project Translation Editor (often referred to as PTE) is a person, who has access to validate strings on a specific project (for example BuddyPress, WooCommerce or Twenty Fourteen) for one specific locale. A project translation editor can approve strings that are added by translation contributors.       I see it now, they are still being listed on the the page when you look but in RosettaRosetta The code name of the theme for the local WordPress sites (eg. bg.wordpress.org is a “Rosetta” site). All locale specific WordPress sites are referred to as “Rosetta sites.” The name was inspired from the ancient Rosetta Stone, which contained more or less the same text in three different languages. they were removed.
