I want to be Persian language translate editor, Which I can be able to edit directly many in-fluent translations
There are many pending suggestions in Polyglots

Follow up on this request: I have emailed the GTEs for Persian with the request to look at the current new GTEGeneral Translation Editor A General Translation Editor (often referred to as GTE) is a person, who has global access to validate strings on all projects for a specific locale. requests we have. As described in the process, if we don’t hear back from them within a week, we will proceed with adding the new general translation editorsTranslation Editor Translation editors can approve translations for projects. The GTE (General Translation Editor) and LM (Locale Manager) roles can add new users with the "Project Translation Editor" role that can approve translations for specific projects. There are two different Translation Editor roles:
General Translation Editor and Project Translation Editor.

Following up on this, I’ve been talking with @mani_monaj via email and him and @gonahkar are happy to expand the team. As a next step I asked them to comment here and start a conversation with @parsmizban.

@mani_monaj @gonahkar please get involved with this issue this week. If you don’t, we will proceed and add @parsmizban as a new GTEGeneral Translation Editor A General Translation Editor (often referred to as GTE) is a person, who has global access to validate strings on all projects for a specific locale. as per our process described in the handbook.

I understand some of the stringsString A string is a translatable part of the software. A translation consists of a multitude of localized strings. @parsmizban suggested have been rejected. It would be good if you could find a way to give a bit of feedback and maybe share some resources that you’ve used to keep the translations consistent so far? Do you have a glossary or style guide for Persian? It would be great to share that with the community so new contributors have a general resource to use when suggesting translations.

Hi,
Still no reply from current GTEs, Their TrelloTrello Project management system using the concepts of boards and cards to organize tasks in a sane way. This is what the make.wordpress.com/marketing team uses for example: https://trello.com/b/8UGHVBu8/wp-marketing. board is completely empty, I just post a comment in that board (It was the first post and comment in there , Nobody post anything, Nothing is there)
Their site’s forum is full of spam
I don’t know why current team don’t allow other members to participate in translations
There are many requests in Polyglots which they wanted to be a part of translation team , But nobody allow them
I was suggested more than 250 translation , All of them rejected , I am surprised how current translation team can consider and review suggested translations , When they don’t have enough time to answer their Emails
There are many Plugins , Themes which are not translated to Persian , Also there are many translation suggestions for those , which are not reviewed, May be all of them should reject !
Actually current translation is not fluent enough in Persian , some English phrases copied to Persian , It is like old Persian language, Many translation phrases are not clear to Basic users who are not familiar with Basic internet usage
This is when we have many clear and fluent translations, We should try to keep translations more more fluent, We should take care about how we learn more members to use WordPress, in real meaning and live language and more simpler, This is not the place we introduce an old language and force other members to use that (Because it makes many in-fluent meaning for them)
You are preventing using many live known words and replacing those words with unknown old words, Just to force other members to use those words you like, But those words are in the language which all people speak using them everyday.
I was in many web application communities and translated all of them to Persian and also I am using these softwares for my customers everyday, I know what they want and what will be better for them
They want simple interface and clear things, We should prevent any confusing matters

We are trying to find a solution for participation, I am very active in progressing of this process
Currently I mentioned my worries about many things, and discussed much about them with current GTEs
Actually none of my matters accepted till now, and in newly created glossary,I suggested about 270 glossary items, Which all of them are pending review
I was requested to join to the GTEGeneral Translation Editor A General Translation Editor (often referred to as GTE) is a person, who has global access to validate strings on all projects for a specific locale., I don’t know how we can do this, Because I have experience and enough knoledge about this matter and want to help to WordPress Persian community to make it more fluent and clear, I don’t know if current team want and like to let other members to join or not, We didn’t discuss about this matter, which it is the subject I created this topic
So I will update this topic about the progress and other matters, But I didn’t get any progress till now

1 week passed from my request for suggesting glossary translations,
All my suggestions are still pending review, None of them approved or reviewed
It seems which all the board and activity stopped again

Hi,
I spent much time to suggest many translations and glossary suggestions after too much discussions with current team
all translation suggestions rejected without an important reason, and none of glossary suggested terms reviewed, It seems which current activity is dead again or it is too slow
Please let me know how can I work on this project? We really need a good quality translation and activity for Persian community, This is not a fair way to prevent other members to join current translation team by ignore their work and effort, So please let us know why nobody let us to continue working and make it better?

As we already mentioned to you, we can’t sacrifice quality and internal standards because your business customers demand so. The current translation and glossary is the result of our ~10 year effort, and based on the feedback we’ve got from the community, is of high quality. You can’t just enforce substantial changes that decrease the quality of the project. This is also true for any other open sourceOpen Source Open Source denotes software for which the original source code is made freely available and may be redistributed and modified. Open Source **must be** delivered via a licensing model, see GPL. project. [In analogy] You can’t expect a well-established open source project to merge a patch that makes substantial changes to a main components of the system when the core developers don’t approve the quality of the changes.
