Which one? Timezone, RevisionsRevisions The WordPress revisions system stores a record of each saved draft or published update. The revision system allows you to see what changes were made in each revision by dragging a slider (or using the Next/Previous buttons). The display indicates what has changed in each revision., Archives? Hi Torsten,

I’m using a WooCommerce extension that is for bookings on accommodation, and despite me having my timezone and time settings setup correctly:

But when I am using the extension the date picker looks like this:

as you can see, the date format is in mm/dd/yyyy. This should not be the case for English (Australia), it should be dd/mm/yyyy. The format that is being used is the USA format.

I’ve tested it using the English (UK) language, and that gives me the correct format of dd/mm/yyyy, which is correct for that language, and it shows the WooCommerce extension is working correctly.

I raised this with the WooThemes team, and they are the ones that suggested I raise the issue here.

@jrnetwork, Thanks for the follow up.

I found one instance of incorrect dates for WooCommerce so I’ve fixed that and a new language pack will be available in the next 24 hours (though this fix won’t fix your issue)

What is the WooCommerce extension your using for this? I can’t seem to find anything that matches your screenshots etc, but I’m thinking maybe that pluginPlugin A plugin is a piece of software containing a group of functions that can be added to a WordPress website. They can extend functionality or add new features to your WordPress websites. WordPress plugins are written in the PHP programming language and integrate seamlessly with WordPress. These can be free in the WordPress.org Plugin Directory https://wordpress.org/plugins/ or can be cost-based plugin from a third-party has already been translated for English (UK) so it would need translating for English (Australia)

Hi Stephen,

The WooCommerce extension I’m using is the brand new ‘WooCommerce Accommodation Bookings’ addon:

This is an addon for their main Bookings extension:

Despite me having the correct date format set in Settings > General, and having the language set to English (Australia) it still shows the date format in US format as per this image:

When I change the language to English (UK) then the date format is correct, which is dd/mm/yyyy. So the English (Australia) language needs to be the same, as we use the same date format as the UK.

Does all this make sense?

  That said though, I’ve gone through all the date/time fields and compared the translations between en-au and en-gb but cannot find the cause of this when comparing them against each other.

  As this is a premium plugin and is not on w.org I cannot look at it directly and my guess is its an issue with this plugin.
  
  Can you open a support request with Woo about this please, feel free to link here and we’ll see if we can track it down further. (It doesn’t help that I’m not familiar with WooCommerce either 😉 )
