A list of all locales supported by WordPress in https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/ you’re requesting is a different one and how it’s different?

We’re already working on adding Sindhi.

Yes, it is a request for the same language indeed. But the name of the language is spelled incorrectly in the Site Title and name is certainly incorrect in the NATIVE NAME. The number of plural forms is incorrect. I have mentioned all that information correctly.

I am also owner of a Sindhi website using WordPress: http://nirwaan.org/

Also I am admin at Sindhi Wikipedia and Sindhi Wiktionary. Apart from that, I’ve translated several projects at MediaWiki.

Therefore I request to let me translate the WordPress in Sindhi.

Thank you for pointing out the mistakes in the original request. Can I please ask you to comment there with the corrections you mentioned above? The native name, plural forms and anything else you feel we should have in mind when we create the locale?

The fact that three people requested Sindhi is great! We’re really excited to add the locale to Translate.wordpress.orgtranslate.wordpress.org The platform for contributing to the translation of WordPress core, themes and plugins..
  
  My recommendation is to get in touch with the other two people who requested the locale and form a team. You will be added as Translation editorsTranslation Editor Translation editors can approve translations for projects. The GTE (General Translation Editor) and LM (Locale Manager) roles can add new users with the "Project Translation Editor" role that can approve translations for specific projects. There are two different Translation Editor roles:
  General Translation Editor and Project Translation Editor so it would be great if you worked together. I’m sure the other two Translation editors can benefit from your translation skills and experience.

You can find that Sindhi has two plural forms on Ubuntu translation page: https://translations.launchpad.net/+languages/sd

However, as far as translation is concerned, I believe that Sindhi has several forms that apply to different word-endings and gender. You can find these details on different pages like:
