Hey there, Polyglots! [#wpandroid](https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/tag/wpandroid/)
is getting ready for an update which means we need to get the [release notes](https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/apps/android/release-notes)
and [app strings](https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/apps/android/dev) translated!
The expected release date is November 16, any help is appreciated 🙂

 3.  Are the stringsString A string is a translatable part of the software. A translation
     consists of a multitude of localized strings. frozen or do we have to check before
     November 16 again? tr_TR is done btw.

 12. The Welsh translation appears to be missing! Has the language choice functionality
     been removed?
