# Differences in roles across and whitin teams

Reading the descriptions of team roles (https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/
about/teams/#roles), I asume “Team Representative” is a locale level role, and “
Lead” is a global role. Is it right? It’s not very clear.
