Weekly Polyglots Meeting Schedule

Hey dear Polyglots,

Let’s set up the time for our weekly meeting(s). We’ll use these meeting to help new validators / translators with questions, get stats from localizers, get updates on how teams are performing, learn about any trouble they may have and help get their localesLocale Locale = language version, often a combination of a language code and a region code, for instance es_MX denotes Spanish as it’s used in Mexico. A list of all locales supported by WordPress in https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/ to 100%.

Please fill out this Doodle and choose the hours that suit you

(Make sure you’ve selected the right time zone in your Doodle profile)

In order to get better coverage and allow people from different timezones to participate, in San Francisco we talked about having 2, or maybe even 3 (Brilliant, Sam:) meetings – perhaps 12 hours apart, perhaps not, depends on us.

The idea is to have all the meetings in the same day – I would suggest Wednesday for consistency’s sake 🙂

Depending on the Doodle results, we will set up to 3 (still hope we can keep them just 2) weekly meetings.

Notes from the first meeting of the day can be posted to the P2p2 "p2" is the name of the theme that blogs at make.wordpress.org use (and o2 is the accompanying plugin). When asked to post something "on the p2" by a member of the Polyglots team, that usually means you're asked to post on the team blog https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/. in draft form. Other note-takers can update after their meeting. Last meeting of the day publishes the post.

Cheers!

Petya

P.S. Meetings will be held on the #Polyglots channel at SlackSlack Slack is a Collaborative Group Chat Platform https://slack.com/. The WordPress community has its own Slack Channel at https://make.wordpress.org/chat/.. If anyone needs to be setup for Slack,
