         I have created 3.9 tag: [https://i18n.svn.wordpress.org/ar/tags/3.9](https://i18n.svn.wordpress.org/ar/tags/3.9)
but can’t find it in drop down box. It happens many times. Can someone point
        out the problem?

      * Andrew said yesterday during the release that the GlotPressGlotPress GlotPress
is the translation management software that powers [Translate.WordPress.org](http://translate.wordpress.org).
More information is available at [glotpress.org](http://glotpress.org/). project
        will appear soon: [https://irclogs.wordpress.org/chanlog.php?channel=wordpress-dev&day=2014-04-16&sort=asc#m834824](https://irclogs.wordpress.org/chanlog.php?channel=wordpress-dev&day=2014-04-16&sort=asc#m834824)

I’m] gonna wait on the project for a day or two while everyone clears out their
stringsString A string is a translatable part of the software. A translation
consists of a multitude of localized strings. and such — otherwise you don’t
        realize where you should translate”

 30. I got same problem. I already created the folder 3.9 in SVNSVN Apache Subversion(
often abbreviated SVN, after its command name svn) is a software versioning and
revision control system. Software developers use Subversion to maintain current
and historical versions of files such as source code, web pages, and documentation.
Its goal is to be a mostly compatible successor to the widely used Concurrent
Versions System (CVS). WordPress core and the wordpress.org released code are
all centrally managed through SVN. https://subversion.apache.org/. but can’t see
     the “tag/3.9” in dropdown box.
