 3.  Hi,
 4. I’ve looked through the Japanese version of RC1, they all are translated.
      Also,
     all of the Korean translation files seems to be 100% completed: [https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp/dev](https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp/dev)

      * Hi, I really appreciate your comment. I sometimes consult ja translations to
        find proper words. thanks for that again.
      * Anyway I checked again with ja language files installed and found the same
        result.
         The “Hello world!” appears in English as it is not translated in ja
        but the “Uncategorized” still shows “Uncategorized” not “未分類”. And the “
        Appears in the footer section of the site.” show in English as it is not on

         - Where did you get the RCRelease Candidate A beta version of software with

         - Mine was downloaded from

           also tried the English one with the ja translation files, and works fine.

            * I tested the ja.zip and it works fine. I think this is not the global
              issue. something is wrong with the Korean traslations in po filesPO files**
              PO files** are human readable **files** which contain translations we
              use. These files are **not** used by WordPress itself. Each language
              will have its own **PO file**, for example, for French there would be
              a fr_FR.**po file**, for german there would be a de_DE.**po**, for British
              English there might be en_GB.**po**.. I’ll have to check.
            * thanks for the comment.

 8. I’m afraid I’m not following what the exact issue is, could you give more details?
     It looks like you might not be using the most current version of the **themes’**
     language files, among other issues.

      * Yes, you’re partly right. I did’nt change the 2013 theme’s language file. But
        there are still untranslated stringsString A string is a translatable part
        of the software. A translation consists of a multitude of localized strings..
        I think this is not the global issue. I have to check the po filesPO files **

      * Now I found what it is. those untranslated stringsString A string is a translatable
        part of the software. A translation consists of a multitude of localized strings.
        are saved in the database at the first install. As I installed the English
        RCRelease Candidate A beta version of software with the potential to be a final
        product, which is ready to release unless significant bugs emerge. version
        first and attached the language files subsequently, those strings won’t be
        changed since they are coming from database not from langauge files. If I install
        wordpress with language files included, it works fine.
      * Local issues Resolved
      * thanks
