Is it just me, or is this solution of using a blog as a platform for polyglots getting ridiculous? If you want to be in the loopLoop The Loop is PHP code used by WordPress to display posts. Using The Loop, WordPress processes each post to be displayed on the current page, and formats it according to how it matches specified criteria within The Loop tags. Any HTML or PHP code in the Loop will be processed on each post. https://codex.wordpress.org/The_Loop., you need to simply subscribe to both feeds (posts and comments) and at least skim through them. Not sustainable in the long run.

The question is if, given a forum, a P2p2 "p2" is the name of the theme that blogs at make.wordpress.org use (and o2 is the accompanying plugin). When asked to post something "on the p2" by a member of the Polyglots team, that usually means you're asked to post on the team blog https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/. is something we don’t need at all, such as general discussions and the like. I’m not going to second-guess the .org devs, but I’d say that even with bbPress, something like make.wordpress.orgWordPress.org The community site where WordPress code is created and shared by the users.   First of the ability get the flow to be shown in the order of last updated thread first (which I think is essential for a discussion forum).   People are obviously missing stuff here, things doesn’t get resolved and so on. Once a thread is getting a few pages back the discussion dies, that doesn’t encourage open discussions at all.
  
  The more people we get, the harder it becomes to keep up with the flow in P2.
